Unlike the competition, Braun Oral-B only offers a single brush head option. This makes it easier to buy, but doesn’t make the brushing results as versatile.
Note: For the Philips Sonicare range, for example, there are different brush heads for cleaning, sensitive gums or whitening.
Nonetheless, the brush head of the Slim series performs its task absolutely reliably. Your teeth it cleans thoroughly and frees them from even harder deposits. In addition, you are not faced with the decision of what type of brush head you want to use in the long term.

According to the manufacturer, the battery power is enough for 14 days of tooth brushing. However, you should assume that the actual performance is below this value (and continues to decrease over time).
My personal opinion on battery performance
Since I use my toothbrush twice a day, I don’t mind plugging it in regularly.
- It’s very easy to do via the included charging station, and it doesn’t take up much space, either.
- In view of the price, I can get over this weakness of the Pulsonic Slim One.
Who, on the other hand, plans to take his electric toothbrush often on longer trips, should rather reach for a model with a stronger battery. Then the charging station can stay at home.
